Our client - An FDI Electronics manufacturing company is seeking for Innovation Senior Manager
*Nationality: open for both Vietnamese locals and Korean nationality
- Develop and execute the factory's innovation strategy and orientation.
- Establish innovation-related tasks, plans, and standards for the company.
- Conduct training on innovation methodologies such as Six Sigma, TRIZ, TPM, TDR, and others.
- Identify and share innovative approaches with employees across the organization.
- Track the performance of innovation projects and propose enhancements.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to implement creative and innovative solutions.
- Prepare and present innovation outcomes and analytical insights to senior leadership and management.
