In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing client inquiries and growing your client database
Meeting and surpassing sales targets
Promoting properties through advertising
Scheduling and conducting property viewings for potential buyers
Regularly updating clients with news, information, and suggestions
Building strong relationships with smaller clients, including site visits and calls
Participating in sales events (weekends, holidays, or overtime if needed)
Developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients
You'll be working with homeowners, potential buyers, and real estate developers across the region from Da Nang to the North.

Motivated, ambitious, sales-driven individuals (ages 27+)
At least 5 years of experience in residential real estate or legal advice
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (international school background is a plus)

Confident in dealing with high-end customers
Social and networking-focused
Comfortable working with sales targets and pressure
