• Verify all payment request, petty cash, advances, rebate vouchers, credit notes, tax invoices,
bad debt provision, purchase requisition, purchase orders, cash collection reports, and/or
other finance related documents.
• In charge of all payments for the company.
• Prepare & maintain financial reports, records and general ledger accounts.
• Perform the processing of functional and benefits expense allocations, monthly accruals,
amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets depreciation and recording of adjusting and
reclassification journal entries, if necessary.
• Review detailed general ledger to ensure proper expense and income allocation.
• Review monthly balance schedules and reconciliations.
• Review accounting transaction and internal control procedures.
• Liaise with internal / external auditors, tax authorities, bankers and any relevant government
bodies in relation to accounting & finance matters.
• Responsible to prepare all kind of tax reports including VAT, PIT, CIT, WHT and other tax if
any (including making the annual tax finalization) to ensure the correct calculation & tax law
application.
• Work with tax officers under the guideline of CA concerning tax mater.
• Performs research within the areas of tax law, regulations, and deregulation, keeping current
