The Sales Manager (SM) is responsible for business planning and strategy execution, sales support and Coaching with bank partners and customers.
Responsibilities
• Drive Bancassurance productivity.
• Review pipelines, provide sales consultation, and motivate Bankers to achieve Banca targets and key success factors.
• Join field work with bankers aiming at both improving sales skills for banker and accelerating production with significant cases.
• Conducts enhanced/refresher workshops of products, skills and MVL sales procedures for all branches.
• Implement the launches of business strategies and initiatives to project sales force: digital tool strategies, e-policies, new product launches, new set of rider, etc.
