- Make a list and approach potential customers to introduce the company's import and export service packages, warehouse, trucking, shipping & forwarding service.
- Consulting import and export service packages, warehouse, trucking, shipping & forwarding solutions, quotation, negotiation, signing service contracts with customers.
- Make a plan to develop customers, revenue and report on the implementation status periodically to superior according to company requirements and procedures. Understanding market demand for logistics services.
- Coordinate with OP team closely and develop the business in consideration of the overall Sales development of company.
- Coordinate with departments in the company to monitor and update the status of goods and information to customers on a regular and timely basis
- Continue to take care of after-sales, coordinate with other departments of the company to solve customer questions, complaints, and suggestions if any.
- Update new regulations on import and export, tax, customs.
