SUMMARY:
The Sales Executive/Senior Sales professional is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, acquiring, and retaining clients for logistics and forwarding services, including Air, Sea, and Warehousing solutions. This role involves building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through various communication channels such as telephone, email, websites, and social networks.

JOB DUTIES:
Business Development:
• Identify and engage potential clients for international and domestic logistics and forwarding services.
• Proactively pursue and convert business opportunities into successful sales.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Deliver customized solutions to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
• Safeguard company interests while delivering high-quality services.
Lead Generation & Networking:
• Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling, to arrange meetings with potential clients.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, such as shipping liners, airlines, and warehousing providers.
• Distribute qualified leads to appropriate team members for effective follow-up.
Product Presentation & Negotiation:
• Present service features, benefits, pricing, and credit terms effectively to prospective clients.
• Tailor solutions to meet client requirements and promptly address concerns.
• Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals successfully.
Marketing & Strategy Implementation:
• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance market penetration.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
Reporting & Additional Duties:
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.
