• Approach customers – especially foreign customers and introduce products.
• Receive and process customer orders until delivery is complete.
• Handle customer complaints, and prepare sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Manage customer data and implement customer care programs.
• Detailed responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.

• At least 1 year of experience in technical product sales; knowledge of Digital Marketing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of sales, customer network building, and market development.
