Responsibilities • Act as a consultant, offering system solutions to business challenges identified by Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts. • Work closely with Product Owners to build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and develop effective product roadmaps. • Collaborate daily with both onshore and offshore development teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Take responsibility for making decisions on mid- to minor-level system requirements, documenting needs, and creating visual aids such as mockups, wireframes, and diagrams. • Serve as a substitute for the Scrum Master or Project Manager during their absence, effectively overseeing and reporting on team progress

Must have: • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in English, with the ability to effectively facilitate discussions and communicate with Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts. • Strong Analytical Abilities: Adept at providing immediate feedback on high-level requirements and completing analytical tasks with a swift turnaround. • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts, and foster strong working relationships. • Self-Starter: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and proactive in communicating progress.
Core Business Analyst Skills: • Proficient in wireframing tools such as Figma or Balsamiq. • Experienced in writing user stories, business process modeling, and logic modeling. • Deep understanding of requirement analysis and elicitation techniques, with the confidence to apply them effectively. • Familiarity with database structures and entity relationships.
Preferred Qualifications • Experience with data pipelines, data processing, or data analytics. • Exposure to complex business domains.
