Liaise with key stakeholders in the US & Vietnam and conduct brainstorming sessions to get exact requirements Study similar systems and propose additional business needs/solutions with the highest usability/user-friendly level to PO Document exact business needs along with both functional and non-functional requirements Prepare use cases, business requirements documents (BRD), system requirements specification (SRS) documents, and other functional documents when needed Based on system needs, create prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and screens Interact with the technology team and help them understand the business solutions Participate in User Acceptance Test (UAT) process

5+ years of experience in IT business analysis or a related role Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis A degree in IT / Computer Science major Proven strong experience in eliciting requirements and UAT testing Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools Having solid experience in writing SQL queries is a plus Clinical background and experience with EMR software systems preferred (but not necessary) Ability to be self-directed and have a positive attitude Ability to effectively analyze and solve problems Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills Fluent in verbal and written English
