- Develop a salary scale based on (i) market positioning for the role, (ii) individual abilities, and (iii) project budgets. Propose the scale to the Line Manager for approval and application in each project.
- Design and propose policies related to labor laws, allowances and benefits, rewards and discipline (based on our client requirements, group orientation, legal compliance, and market trends, etc.) to the Line Manager for approval and application in each project; be responsible for total rewards management.
- Oversee salary calculations and disbursements. Accurately calculate monthly PIT and finalize annual PIT in compliance with legal regulations. Follow up on monthly SHUI calculations, declarations, payments, and reconciliation with payroll, and ensure SHUI reporting is accurate.
- Create periodic evaluation forms for each job position and propose them to the Line Manager for issuance and application in each project.
- Standardize employee qualifications within the group, ensuring consistency in work performance across projects. Conduct surveys and develop plans for team development (including training and enhancing project culture).
- Review and update current policies (e.g., working time policy) and procedures (e.g., leave/overtime submission procedures) to ensure that all C&B policies are competitive and compliant with legal requirements and company strategies.
