Mô Tả Công Việc Social Media Với Mức Lương 500 - 1 Triệu
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for import and export shipments.
• Communicate to provide shipment visibility to customers, avoid any unnecessary costs.
• Directly work with customers to perform on time SI, VGM, AMS, ISF, import manifest.
• Issuing HBL, HAWB, debit note, arrival notice and arrange payment to suppliers (meet cost, accuracy, and timeliness targets).
• Correspondence and follow-up swiftly with sales office, overseas agents and customers to ensure any queries / instructions are attended.
• Enssure all necessary documents to comply annual audit purpose (services contract, LOI, POA,…).
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers/suppliers/carriers.
• Other tasks will be assigned by management.
Working Location: 2nd floor ,Viconship Saigon buiding , 8 Đoàn Văn Bơ st, 9 ward, district 4.
