1. Processing of Order
- Track, import, export daily worker timekeeping data and create daily reports
- Track records and contract terms of workers and employees (old and new) monthly to prepare contracts
- Conduct on-boarding, training for new workers, support opening bank cards
- Track, update, and approve annual leave, regular leave, and working hours
- Timekeeping, salary calculation, monthly salary support
- Monitor and balance daily and monthly overtime
- Monitor timekeeping system, handle fingerprint and workday issues for workers
- Monitor camera system, check camera when necessary
- Recruitment, design and translation
- Support auditing, fire prevention and other HR related work
- Support internal communication, update and guide new policies and regulations for workers.
- Monitor and recommend purchases of items as needed
- Theo dõi, nhập, xuất dữ liệu chấm công của công nhân hằng ngày và lập báo cáo ngày
- Theo dõi hồ sơ, thời hạn hợp đồng của công nhân và nhân viên (cũ và mới) hằng tháng để chuẩn bị hợp đồng
- Tiến hành các công tác on-boarding, đào tạo cho công nhân mới, hỗ trợ mở thẻ ngân hàng
- Theo dõi, cập nhật, chấm phép năm, phép thường, giờ công
