Develop, implement and manage a social media strategy in line with the company’s business vision and goals
Oversee day-to-day management of social media activities and marketing campaigns
Manage the company’s social media accounts including LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram etc. through HootSuite
Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between our company and clients and followers to ensure a consistent branding image and positive online experience
Create actionable plans to grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms
Work closely with the copywriters, graphic designers, video editors and project managers to carry out all planned social media activities
Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, best practices and technologies
Communicate with eyecare industry’s KOLs and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communication or related field
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and campaigns
Creative thinker, team player, self-motivated
Minimum 3 years of professional work experience in digital marketing and social media
Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written English)
Strong computer skills (knowing photos/video editing is a plus)
Time-management and problem-solving skills
In depth knowledge of how social media platforms work and how to increase quality followers on LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok, Google+ and other social media best practices
Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and internet ranking for web content.
