Follow up on import/export shipments.
Contact the customer regarding export shipments.
Prepare Certificates of Origin (C/O).
Handle liquidation processes.
Report to the Accounts team.
Coordinate with customs for waste material.
Arrange for the destruction of materials and finished goods.
Handling additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Document Management: Check and process documents related to the import and export of goods.
Transportation and Customs: Monitor the transportation and customs clearance process, addressing any issues that arise while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for export processing enterprises (EPE).
Booking Coordination: Contact FWD or use their website to book shipments as per customer PO requests.
Inventory Reconciliation: Monthly, follow up and compare materials and finished goods inventory with warehouse records and accounting books.
Compliance Maintenance: Ensure adherence to C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
Good at excel.
Fluent in English.
