Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team Collaborate with architects and product owners to define software requirements and specifications. Having minimum of 4 years experience with Java 2 years of experience in leading a team Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, multithreading/concurrency programming, data structure and algorithms; Experience in Spring framework, such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, Spring Data, Spring Security; Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases, such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL; Experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers In-depth understanding of software development methodologies and best practices Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience in agile development teams, such as Scrum, Kanban; Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other developers and stakeholders; Interested in dealing with technical challenges and keen on exploring new things; Good problem-solving skills and teamwork spirit; Good English communication.
