Mô Tả Công Việc Trade Marketing Với Mức Lương 1,000 - 1,200 USD
This position can be based in Ha Noi or Hai Phong or Thanh Hoa and in charge of all provinces from Ha Nam to Ha Tinh.
• To achieve the monthly KPIs
• To set the monthly sales target for sales supervisors
• To ensure the listing of new products, newly launched/relaunched products
• To provide sales supervisors/representatives with on field coaching and training
• To direct sales supervisors to prepare the route plans
• To manage, direct and supervise the performance of sales supervisors/representatives.
• To develop and motivate the sales team.
• To communicate the activities to sales supervisors/representatives to make sure that the activities are implemented properly and effectively.
• To keep increasing the productivity of sales supervisors/representatives
• To do daily briefings in order to provide sales supervisors/representatives with sufficient information and help them handle some issues properly.
• To ensure that the inventory at stores is sufficient to serve consumers' demands and avoid OOS
• To negotiate effectively with customers for any activities/POSM and sales contracts that the sales supervisors cannot implement -> negotiation
• To handle objections and complaints effectively
