Description
The successful candidate will report to Plant Manager and the WCM core team in Headquarter:
* Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives across the factory to optimize processes, minimize waste, and improve productivity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure lean strategies align with organizational objectives and are effectively executed.
* Navigate dynamic manufacturing environments by adapting lean principles to address challenges and foster continuous improvement.
* Utilize lean tools and methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping, to enhance operational efficiency.
