We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer with experience in cell tap welding (spot welding) and soldering to join our team at RRC Power Solutions.
As a Process Engineer, you will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and reducing costs. Key responsibilities include process design, troubleshooting, quality control, project management, process automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and improve existing manufacturing processes.
• Support cell tab design improvements.
• Prepare work instructions and specifications for welding processes.
• Perform welding system inspections and set up welding procedures.
• Optimize welding efficiency and tooling/fixtures.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to develop SOPs.
• Monitor process performance and implement control measures to reduce variation.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
