Role overview:
As a Designer, you will be responsible for working on user-centric digital experiences across our multiple applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Developers, and other Designers, to find user-centric solutions. Your expertise in user experience design, research, and strategy is needed as part of our design team. You will be part of a skilled group of Designers who work with a dedicated design process and collaborate with Developers.
Key responsibilities:
● Participate in the UX design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
● Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
● Create not just hi-fidelity mockups, but sketches, wireframes, and interactive prototypes as well
● Create and maintain, journey maps, use cases, statements, and other documentation
● Work closely with Developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

● Fluent in English
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills (team player).
● Strong understanding of interaction design principles and information architecture.
● 2-5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio focusing on your design
process more than visual implementation
● Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and evaluation
techniques
● Ability to think strategically and solve design challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
● Knowledge of Design Thinking Process and User-Centered Design Approach
● Previous experience in working in a team with dedicated design processes, like DD, Lean UX, Agile UX....
● Basic understanding of Atomic Design Methodology
● Practical experience with any of the Top10 Design System (min. 1 year) (Material,
Atlassian, Fluent, Carbon, AHI...etc)
