Ensure the accuracy and validity of invoices and documents for payment.
Payment to merchants and vendors.
Issue and send invoices to merchants.
Collect invoices issued by merchants.
Import data from vouchers and invoices into accounting software.
Create merchant’s data files, collect and update records.
Reconcile the debt of merchants, send the debt comparison record.
Monitor and reconcile inventory with Purchasing team.
Other tasks assigned by Manager.

At least 5+ years of experience in relevant positions.
Good at Microsoft Office: Excel, words, power point...
Enthusiastic and proactive and positive attitude.

Able to work under high pressure and willing to work overtime.
