Understand end-user requirements to develop NLP projects such as chatbots, information extraction, question answering, information retrieval, and text summarization.
Provide pre-implementation engineering approaches and detailed planning for requirements.
Collaborate with different functional teams to implement models into production systems and monitor results.
Design, develop, and test large-scale data pipelines and machine learning algorithms.
Research and explore data mining, machine learning, and modeling techniques in academic and industrial fields to enhance product performance.

Have good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Deep Learning Architectures (AutoEncoder, CNN, RNN, ViT, BERT, LLMs (Mistral, LlaMa, Qwen, VLMs etc. )
Has expertise in collecting data from websites and generating data from LLMs to build highly quality training datasets
Has expertise in doing survey huggingface datasets and models, training NLP models.
Proficient in high-level programming languages, especially Python.
Familiar with Linux/Unix/Shell, Docker.
Training and deploying machine learning
Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure.
Proficient in FAST API.
Processing models through backend: ONNX, TritonServer
Message broker: RabbitMQ
Databases: MongoDB, Solr, Elasticsearch
Serving large language models GPT, Llama, Mistral, Phi, Qwen with vLLM, Unsloth, SGLang
Continual pre-training, finetuning large language models with LoRa, SFT, DPO, ORPO
Required Soft Skills

Academic and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics or related field;
