WHAT YOU WILL DO
We are seeking a skilled Chemical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our electroplating processes and laboratory operation. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining standard parameters for plating baths, utilizing advanced analytical techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations. Key responsibilities include:
• Define and update standard parameters for plating baths; perform analysis using techniques such as ICP, HPLC, and electrochemical methods to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Maintain and ensure operational readiness of lab equipment.
• Manage the quality of plating baths through Hull Cell testing and concentration measurements, implementing a control plan for regular treatment.
• Collaborate with the plating line to monitor and control precious metal levels in both the lab and plating baths, ensuring compliance with standard concentrations.
• Continuously improve plating processes; lead or contribute to projects focused on new chemicals, techniques, equipment, and products.
