Opportunity to Innovate: Plan and conduct thorough surveys to deeply understand client requirements and business needs.
Analyze and Develop: Comprehensively analyze business needs, develop detailed insights, and model complex requirements.
Provide Solutions: Design and propose software solutions. You will have the authority to negotiate and suggest optimal strategies to clients.
Collaborative Design: Craft detailed design documentation based on extensive stakeholder requirements.
Team Coordination: Collaborate with development teams during the entire process of building and evolving software solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage actively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with their changing needs, goals, and aspirations.
Effective Reporting: Keep management and stakeholders informed with clear and timely work progress reports.
Proactive Problem Solving: Stay ahead of project issues by understanding the current state and actively resolving challenges that arise.
Educational Contribution: Develop user guides and transfer knowledge to end-users effectively.

Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
English Proficiency: Ability to communicate directly with clients in English. Possession of English proficiency certificates is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to design solutions and effectively communicate them to meet customer requirements, including drafting comprehensive documents and modeling complex issues.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
