Joyme is a project by METUB, serving as a fan management platform for METUB's artists and creators
Collaborate with users and departments in our company to gather and document business requirements.
Analyze users’ needs and translate them into technical specifications.
Assist in the development of processes and systems to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.
Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Coordinate with IT and development teams to facilitate the implementation of new features.
Monitor and evaluate project outcomes and make necessary adjustments.
Provide training and support to users on new features and processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficient in data analysis and modeling techniques.
Deep understanding of business processes and systems.
Strong English communication skills and excellent teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Experience with business analysis tools and software.
