Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for mobile and web applications.
Build and model business processes.
Create business and functional requirement documents.
Assess the feasibility of proposed solutions.
Work with design and technical teams to build customer journeys and application interfaces.
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and implement projects.
Work closely with development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress and report updates.

Experience with process modeling using BPMN and UML.
Ability to receive and manage business requirements.
Experience with requirement analysis, impact analysis, and gap analysis.
Proficiency in creating wireframes and mockups for system functions.
Experience in use case/user story specification.
Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban.
Strong interviewing and communication skills to interact with users, developers, and testers.
Ability to document business and functional requirements (BRD & FSD).
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
Commitment to quality deliverables with minimal errors.
Proactive in reporting progress to management.
Detail-oriented, patient, eager to learn, and self-motivated.
