Participate in digital product development following PMP processes and work within Scrum, Squad, Tribe, and Chapter models.
Develop test strategies, test scripts, and automation tests integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure quality and security of financial applications, such as digital banking, e-wallets, and customer loyalty systems.
Collaborate with BA, DevOps, Frontend, and Backend teams in designing, developing, and testing systems.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while assisting engineering teams in incident resolution.
Manage SLA quality and ensure system performance metrics (Uptime, Success rate, API response time, etc.).
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

At least 2 years of experience in automation testing, preferably in financial/banking sectors.
Understanding of IT banking systems, software testing, and development processes.
Experience with automation testing tools such as Katalon, JMeter, SoapUI, Postman, Selenium, Mobile Automation Testing, etc.
Experience writing test scripts in object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#, etc.).
Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation in English.
