Mô Tả Công Việc Business Analyst Với Mức Lương Đến 20 Triệu
Purpose:
Study information of different professional fields of each project.
Survey, talk with the customers to collect and clarify the requirements.
Analyze and monitor the realization of project’s requirements.
Draw mockup, build up prototype to stimulate software’s functions.
Convey the content, support project’s members to understand the requirements of the customers.
Coordinate to validate the software program with the users’ requirements
Responsibility:
Analyze and document as-is business processes, scope minimal marketable feature sets, identify risks and propose solution approaches.
Develop SharePoint composite solutions and applications using core SharePoint features.
Develop, evolve and execute business processes and delivery of new initiatives to support the department.
Provide ongoing oversight and daily support of external clients utilizing SR Web applications.
Work with business stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to gather, develop, validate and recommend business, technical and functional requirements for SharePoint applications and other group systems.
Partner with business units to assess and understand business needs for the development and implementation of new and existing SharePoint solutions.

Work Experience: Around 2 - 3 years of technical experience in business analysis.
Specialty/Qualification: Engineer/Bachelor or higher.
Foreign Language: Good use of English in communication and preparation of documents.
Skills:
Proficient in BA knowledge.
Having knowledge and experience in orientation and design based on characteristics, function requirements, performance, and user experience.
Excellent project management, customer service, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously...
Strong computer skills including MS Office and especially a demonstrated mastery of SharePoint.
Priority for candidates with the following factors:
Intensive knowledge about customer experience analysis.
Intensive knowledge about analysis, system design.
Knowledge of HTML and other scripting languages is a plus.
Proficient in SharePoint 2013 and SharePoint Online Collaboration Sites a plus.
