Responsibilities
Student & Parent Consultation:
• Assess students' academic backgrounds, learning goals, and preferences to recommend appropriate programs.
• Provide guidance on curriculum options, study plans, and pathways for international and local education systems.
Enrollment & Onboarding Support:
• Assist students and parents in completing the admission process.
• Ensure all required documents and information are collected accurately.
• Communicate expectations regarding course content, learning schedules, and assessment criteria.
Collaboration & Communication:
• Work with the Sales and Admissions teams to align consultation for customers
• Liaise with Customer and Student Support teams to provide insights into student needs and ensure a smooth learning experience.
• Follow up with students and parents post-enrollment to monitor satisfaction and engagement.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain positive relationships with students and parents to encourage retention and referrals.
• Gather feedback to improve the consultation and enrollment process.
