As an Associate Director, LM Rates Trading, you will contribute to the success of our Local Markets Rates Trading team by supporting franchise trading activities and managing franchise flows for VND rates products. What You’ll Do As an Associate Director, Markets Trading, your responsibilities will include:
Driving sales and trading collaboration, engaging with team members to maximize results.
Ensuring consistent, competitive, and timely pricing for both internal and external customers.
Executing key aspects of the Vietnam Local Markets Rates strategy.
Working with product and global sales teams to enhance business franchise profitability, risk, and compliance.
Generating market insights and product ideation.
Promoting a strong risk awareness culture, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
