1. Quality Management:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures for the assembly of mechanical machinery in a newly established European-invested company.
• Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality control (QC) checkpoints during assembly operations.
2. Inspection and Testing:
• Conduct incoming material inspections, in-process checks, and final product testing.
• Utilize measurement tools and techniques to ensure components meet required specifications.
• Identify non-conformities and lead root cause analysis to resolve quality issues.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, control plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Analyze quality data and provide regular reports on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
4. Continuous Improvement:
• Lead initiatives to enhance quality standards, reduce defects, and improve production efficiency.
• Participate in supplier audits and provide feedback to improve the quality of raw materials and components.
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
