MAIN PURPOSE:
The primary objective of this role is to manage the maintenance and operation of the building, ensuring that its systems and infrastructure are running efficiently and effectively, while also ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Mục tiêu chính của vai trò này là quản lý công tác bảo trì và vận hành tòa nhà, đảm bảo các hệ thống và cơ sở hạ tầng hoạt động hiệu quả và tối ưu, đồng thời tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn của công ty và yêu cầu quy định.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to the Property Manager for the implementation, management and supervision of the building's maintenance activities from the outside to the inside including but not limited to the areas of electricity, drainage plumbing, energy-saving grounding systems and other necessary maintenance work to maintain operations in optimal and efficient conditions while ensuring the safety and compliance of residents and employees
• Report to the Property Manager and oversee the implementation, management, and supervision of building maintenance activities, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
