• Consult national and international clients on Process Safety Management and Risk Assessment projects;
• Coordinate with clients and sub-contractors to prepare proposals and take responsibility for current projects delegated;
• Carry out some safety studies such as Quantitative Risk Assessment, HAZID/HAZOP study, Safety Cases, Process Safety Management, other safety studies, etc;
- Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Chairing / facilitating or attending meetings where appropriate and distributing minutes to all project team members.
- Prepare / Review reports
• Participate in Process Safety Workshops organized by SEN Consulting JSC (such as HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, etc.) as Scribe/Assistant
• Run simulation software;
• Other relevant duties assigned by Process Safety Manager.
