- Hồ Chí Minh: Saigon Centre, 65 Le Loi, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1
Mô Tả Công Việc Customer Success Với Mức Lương 9 - 10 Triệu
• Daily working time: 1 shift/day, 6 shifts/week.
- Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. (1-hour lunch break)
- Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM–10:00 PM (1-hour evening break)
• Welcome guests to the mall and guide them to the necessary information.
• Record customer feedback and report on a daily basis.
• Manage the lobby and ensure the cleanliness of the customer care counter area.
• Receive and answer the phone (if any) and transfer it to the relevant department.
• Support administrative work and some other related papers as assigned by management.
