Objectives:
Our role as customer services staffs is to help the customers and understanding our KiotViet software. Furthermore, we will try to understand customers' needs and problems while providing consulting, solutions, and supports.
The goal of the Customer Service staffs in the Successful segment is to help customers achieve efficiency and ease of use of KiotViet software by understanding their needs and issues, while providing specific support, solutions, and consulting.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with customers at all levels to understand their personal and business challenges.
Facilitate the deployment process for new customers, ensuring they understand the functionalities and value of KiotViet products.
Monitor's usage and provide information and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Conduct regular check-ins with customers/ foreign agents to ensure satisfaction and address customer feedback.
Organize training sessions for customers/sales/agents on how to utilize KiotViet products.
Record and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints following the company's process.
Conduct customer surveys, summarize results, and report findings to management as per the plan.
Manage and report tasks to superiors following established procedures.
