- Be responsible for following up all order information from customers in domestic and oversea
- Direct and control receipt of orders and their release delivery order to warehouse
- Provide help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services
- Communicate courteously with customers
- Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems
- Handle customer complaints or any major incidents
- Make schedule for all export and domestic delivery activities daily as shipping by truck, air and sea
- Check all necessary shipping documents (PO, Delivery Note, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CO, CoA,…) to ensure that documents meet the requirements of customs regulation
- Co-ordinate with other departments to make sure the delivery is on schedule
- Other tasks as assigned by Logistics Manager and/or Factory Deputy General Director
