Mô Tả Công Việc Customer Success Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
ROLE SUMMARY:
- Communicate with shippers and oversea agents to receive and protect booking in advance
- Check sailing schedule and availability with the carrier
- Request Booking with the carrier and receive Booking Confirmation from the Carrier
- Well knowledge of AMS / ACI / ISF filling for US/CA route - Closely tracking shipment status of both LCL/FCL to assure customers are timely informed if any changes
- Confirm and Check selling rates availability through Quote Assist or with the relevant Sales person
- Ensure Billing are accurate without error
- File Manifest, send the AN to the customer, follow trucking and delivery cargo to the customers
And then make D/N and send the Invoice to the customer
- Consulting/advising on customs documentation tasks when being asked, if any.
