Mô Tả Công Việc Data Analyst Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
1. Data Management
Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources, customer surveys, transaction records, and online analytics tools.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data audits and validation.
2. Data Analysis
Analyze customer behavior and trends to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention.
Develop segmentation models to understand different customer groups.
Perform deep dives into customer data to uncover insights on customer lifetime value, churn, and acquisition patterns.
3. Reporting & Visualization
Present findings to cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to inform strategic decisions.
4. Customer Insights
Analyze customer feedback and survey data to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
Monitor and report on customer satisfaction metrics and recommend actions based on trends.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to develop and refine customer personas.
5. Predictive Analytics
Utilize predictive modeling techniques to forecast customer behavior, including churn probability and potential lifetime value.
Develop and implement models to predict the success of customer retention strategies and campaigns.

Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in E-commerce and/or Healthcare.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
Knowledge of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing analytics.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Highly proactive and self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills to present technical insights to non-technical teams.
