Mô Tả Công Việc Data Analyst Với Mức Lương Đến 1 USD
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather data from various sources (HRIS, employee surveys, performance reviews, checking tools, performance tools, ...) to identify, build, validate, enable and upkeep people metrics
Utilize statistical and data analysis methods to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations in people data.
Provide training and guidance to HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques
Build predictive models to support decisions around talent acquisition, development, and performance management (e.g., predict turnover, identify drivers of performance)
Work closely with other departments (HR, Recruiting, L&D, etc.) to understand their needs and provide data-driven insights
Keep up to date with the latest data analysis technologies and best practices
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to provide data-driven recommendations and develop/enhance Business Management software

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is required, and experience working with large datasets is a bonus.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Knowledge of data mining techniques and algorithms
Attention to detail, a commitment to quality work, and the ability to multitask.
Have mathematical background: knowledge of probability theory and applied statistics at a college-degree level
1+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in preferably in HR or people analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with cross-functional interaction and the ability to communicate comfortably in business terms
