Job purpose:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing to lead and grow our brands on TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TikTok’s trends, algorithms, and audience behavior, and be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand content to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to stay ahead of social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop and produce original, high-quality video content tailored to TikTok’s unique audience and trends.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date with TikTok trends, challenges, and platform updates to create timely and relevant content.
Account Management: Oversee and manage the brand’s TikTok account, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute TikTok campaigns that align with the brand’s marketing goals and resonate with the platform’s audience.
Collaboration: Work with internal teams, influencers, and creators to develop partnerships and produce collaborative content.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze TikTok performance metrics, including views, engagement, and follower growth. Provide actionable insights to optimize content and strategies.
Brand Voice: Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone, messaging, and overall marketing objectives.
Experimentation: Test new content formats, styles, and ideas to discover what resonates most with the TikTok audience.
Proven experience managing a TikTok account, either personally or professionally, with demonstrated growth and engagement success.
Strong understanding of TikTok’s features, trends, and audience behaviors.
Creative storytelling and video editing skills.
Proficiency in video editing tools and TikTok’s in-app editing features.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
Passion for staying updated on social media and pop culture trends. Preferred Skills:
Experience collaborating with TikTok influencers or running paid campaigns on TikTok.
Knowledge of other social media platforms and how TikTok fits into a broader social strategy.
Familiarity with brand marketing and audience development.
