JOB PURPOSE: The Route to Market Manager reports to Sales Director, manages 1 Senior DMS Specialist and plays a key role in enhancing sales excellence by developing and managing route efficiency during a new phase of the company’s growth. This position will collaborate closely with other departments to optimize sales processes and drive overall sales performance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Implement and follow the implementation and execution of routing processes to ensure efficient market coverage.
• Develop, analyze, and report on routing KPIs such as Route Compliance and Visit Location to assess performance and areas for improvement.
• Manage and maintain sales route master data & sales customer data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Use tools like ArcGIS to re-route and optimize sales routes, maximizing efficiency and minimizing overlaps between sales areas.
• Ensure seamless customer transfers across sales areas, maintaining accuracy and adherence to coverage plans.
• Conduct geo-mapping of all sales routes to support field sales teams with precise territory management.
• Design and develop Sales Visit (SV) plans to maximize customer engagement and coverage.
