Job Purpose
The Director of Business Marketing will oversee and take full responsibility for the division's business marketing activities, including:
• Business marketing planning and performance management.
• Designing marketing content for programs and campaigns.
• Managing and executing marketing campaigns.
Key Accountabilities
1. Business Marketing Planning and Performance Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing calendar outlining marketing activities linked to strategies for economic segments, sectors, and customer groups.
Oversee the execution of marketing activities, budgets, premiums, and inventory while providing regular updates.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling communication propositions that align products and solutions with the bank's brand and target customer insights.
Lead the preparation and implementation of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey to evaluate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Design and manage customer loyalty programs in collaboration with other divisions or external partnerships.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and methodologies to assess the value of marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze the performance and fulfillment of marketing programs and campaigns.
2. Content Design for Marketing Programs and Campaigns
Develop and create marketing content for various programs and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, to ensure the development of high-quality content that meets strategic objectives.
3. Marketing Campaign Management
Develop and embed a campaign management framework, including specifications, proposals, contact strategies, fulfillment processes, and documentation.
Enhance public awareness and strengthen branding efforts by collaborating with the bank-wide marketing team on award participation and other recognition opportunities.
4. People Management
Oversee human resource planning and manage headcount and costs for the function or sub-function.
Attract, onboard, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
Set and communicate KRAs/KPIs, goals, and action plans for both the team and individual team members.
Monitor and manage performance while providing regular feedback aligned with the annual performance management cycle.
Assess capability requirements and enable team development through training, coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
Motivate and recognize team contributions while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Actively participate in talent development and succession planning within the function or sub-function.
Promote and embody corporate culture while understanding and communicating relevant HR offerings to team members.
