Your duties & responsibilities:
• Look out for potential customers in the shoe industry
• Communicate with customers and manage customer relationships
• Make plan and control the project which are running in proper ways in order to meet the project target.
• Report the project activities to the Development Director & BOD
• Manage the related project development team
• Deliver concise and objective monthly reports with focus on deliverables and proposals for change.
• Forecast and production planning with customers
• Project follow ups (testing, sample confirmation and review)
• Prepare handover documents, quality manuals and SOPs.
• Supervise the quality and quantity of the new projects.
• Raising MS Office Power Point presentation together with the Dev. Team
