Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring the organization’s financial health and alignment with overall business objectives. This role involves leading financial strategy, overseeing financial planning, risk management, reporting, and guiding the finance team in managing the organization’s financial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy to support
long-term business goals.
• Advise senior management on financial matters and business
decisions.
• Lead and manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure that financial goals align with
the company’s broader objectives.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term
financial plans.
• Lead the financial forecasting process and provide insights into
business performance.
