Job Objectives:
Work with HR Manager to deliver the internal communications strategy and employee engagement activities which ensure that business goals, initiatives and company news are communicated effectively and helping the organization to firm culture, drive engagement and deliver results.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Employee engagement:
• Propose full plan for engagement projects and internal events
• Mainly in charge of event organization to drive and maintain stronger internal relationships among employees, departments and organization
• Work closely with cross – functional teams to ensure the activities can be deploy smoothly
2. Internal Communication:
• Create specific communications action plans, timelines and defined deliverable that support the communication of internal messages
• Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high impact writing style and format
• Manage and develop internal communications tools and channel to reach out to all employees
• In charge of full process of creating internal communication materials including design, edit and producing
