Consult, analyze customer business requirements, and propose appropriate ERP implementation solutions.
Participate in the deployment, integration, and optimization of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP platforms).
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the project is executed on schedule and meets quality requirements.
Train and guide end users on how to use the ERP system effectively.
Provide technical support and resolve issues arising after implementation.
Research and stay updated on new ERP trends to optimize solutions for customers.
Act as a bridge between customers and the development team to ensure requirements are accurately implemented

At least 5 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or operation.
Proficiency in at least one of the popular ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, etc.
Strong knowledge of business processes in areas such as finance, accounting, human resources, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Experience working with clients, with strong presentation and consulting abilities.
Good English communication skills are an advantage.
