- Stick to the lesson plans and materials that are supplied to VNTs.
- Adapt prescribed lesson plans as needed based on the requirements of the learners.
- To provide students with dynamic and conversational teachings that are effective and interesting.
- Carry out key administrative responsibilities such as maintaining up-to-date work records, classroom registers, lesson plans, assessments, and so on as ordered by the Centre Manager, Academic Manager, or Senior Teacher.

- IELTS 6.0 or higher for communication teachers
- IELTS 7.0 or higher for IELTS teachers
- Age: 20-35 years old
- More than 1-year experience teaching adults is a plus
- Working according to the registered schedule: Minimum 3 days/week
