Mô Tả Công Việc Graphic Design/Illustration/Animation Với Mức Lương 1,200 - 1,500 USD
- Supervise the coordination between structural consultants and other disciplines such as Architecture, MEP, etc.
- Review and inspect the structural technical documentation, drawings, calculations, technical guidelines, and material submissions provided by design consultants to ensure compliance with requirements regarding cost/volume/schedule.
- Review and approve design drawings submitted by structural consultants and the Audit Control Department.
- Provide structural calculations and technical drawings for minor items when requested.

- Software Proficiency: Proficient in Etabs, Safe, Sap, AutoCAD.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with and ability to apply structural design standards (TCVN).
- Work experience: At least 7 years of experience in structural design, with a minimum of 2 years working for major real estate developers.
- Management Experience: Experience in personnel management.
