We are seeking a Procurement Manager with a strong background in procurement development and strategy to lead the establishment and execution of our procurement initiatives.
Job Description
As a Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and leading a formal procurement function within PwC. Your responsibilities may include:
• Function Development: Design and implement a comprehensive procurement structure, including policies, procedures and guidelines that align with industry best practices
• Supplier Management: Establish and manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts that ensure quality, cost-effectiveness and compliance
• Process Optimisation: Identify gaps in existing purchasing processes and work to develop and implement efficient, streamlined procurement practices
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure all procurement activities adhere to internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements as the function is being formalised
