Job Description
• Research and study the market for handicrafts, lacquerware, fashion
• Coordinate all the Hanoia Collection project information between relevant departments & follow progress
• Prepare all the tasks for meetings: send meeting invitations, prepare meeting equipment, prepare samples, draft documents used in meetings, send meeting minutes after meetings, etc…
• Support the preparation of necessary documents if requested by direct supervisor
• Draft contract content depending on the requirements of each project
