RESPONSIBILITIES:
1/ Manage receipts:
• Perform collection operations: collect debts, receive daily cash receipts from cashiers;
• Monitor customer card payments;
• Monitor shareholder, customer, employee debts and urge debt collection;
• Monitor bank deposits;
• Manage and verify the legality of receipts and payments;
• Control cashier activities.
2/ Manage expenses:
• Plan periodic debt payments with suppliers;
• Directly perform cash and bank payments for suppliers and partners such as: Contacting to reconcile debts, receiving invoices, reviewing payment requests, creating payment vouchers;
• Perform internal payment operations such as salaries, bonuses, allowances, and advance payments.
3/ Monitor cash fund management:
• Coordinate with the cashier to perform collection and payment operations according to regulations;
• Print daily cash and fund balance reports for the General Accountant/ Chief Accountant;
• Check and reconcile end-of-day fund balances with the cashier.
